Getting Started

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, no sweat session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are and how we can help you. No need to bring your workout clothes, just be prepared to talk about your goals. If you decide that TTR CrossFit is for you, then your next step is to enroll in one of our programs.
